CED, the Spanish Committee of Detergents, Surfactants and related industries, was founded in 1957. It is an independent and not-for-profit organisation based in Barcelona. OBJECTIVES
• To spread knowledge of this specific field through Congresses, Technical Conferences and Seminars. • To advise knowledge of this specific field through Congresses, Technical Conferences and Seminars. • To prepare technical reports and render services to companies belonging to this sector through the CSIC based in Barcelona. • To bring together all those who are interested in science and technology through the recognised annual conference: "CED Annual Meeting". • To provide teachers for specialist courses and post-graduate courses in collaboration with different Universities, Research Centres and Professional Schools. • To maintain and promote on-going relationships with institutions with similar interests, both from Spain and abroad. (AENOR, AISE, CESIO,...)
